Built by a family for families

Sandy Roth opened the first Γ€ La Mode Shoppe on Manhattan's Upper East Side, designed from day one for families with food-allergic children. Her husband Marc, with 25 years in hospitality, studied at Ice Cream University and built a product that leaves nuts, sesame and eggs out entirely. What started as one shop became a HACCP-certified Bronx facility and a brand in thousands of stores.
